Terms and Conditions - Short Message Service (SMS) “Text Message”

You must be 18 years or older in order to participate or have the expressed permission of a parent/guardian (but in any case, you must be at least 13 years old). If you subscribe to our SMS text message service (GLRCA Customer Care), you agree to receive SMS text messages at the address and/or mobile number you provide for such purposes. Such messages will come from us through our compliant SMS provider.

Based on these guidelines, you will be requesting to be added to our database through the use of texting into a keyword. You understand that this does not constitute you approving any sale between us and you, and that there is no purchase necessary to receive the SMS text message service (GLRCA Customer Care).

You can sign up for the SMS text message service by texting YES to 603-945-9001.

By acknowledging this agreement, you authorize the seller to deliver the marketing text messages to the designated phone number and this is providing "prior written consent" by you, the cellular phone number owner. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device you use to sign up for the SMS text message service (GLRCA Customer Care), and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

You acknowledge and agree that the SMS text message service (GLRCA Customer Care) is provided via wireless systems which use radios (and other means) to transmit communications over complex networks. We do not guarantee that your use of the SMS text message service (GLRCA Customer Care) will be private or secure, and we are not liable to you for any lack of privacy or security you may experience. You are fully responsible for taking precautions and providing security measures best suited for your situation and intended use of the SMS text message service (GLRCA Customer Care).

Our SMS text message service (GLRCA Customer Care) supports most carriers, such as AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, NTelos, Cricket, Metro PCS and Virgin Mobile.

By subscribing to our SMS text message service, you will receive approximately 6 messages per month on upcoming events, new show announcements, as well as other contests and promotions and may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.
